housing costs have gone up here, 0.1 percent vacancy rate. 600 and up for apartments. 475 in my building is the cheapest in lloyd, even cheaper then the bunkhouse.

Yikes, which complex are you in? Yeah houses are around the 200k mark I hear now, or more. Still not bad considering in Surrey the same house goes for about $100k more!
