Is there anyway with win 2k to get rid of the login screen (password and username) and just have it boot straight into windows. It seems to me there is I just can not find it.

The OS is not my choice.

mine used to do that (back in the day when i had win2k) not creating any users helped. Then one day it magically showed up though.

Able to delete whatever users there may be? if there's only 1 user i see no reason for the login screen - or just never shut down your pc

right click on my computer, and click properties. Then click the network identification tab. Then click the "Network ID" button. Use the option "this computer is for home and is not part of abusiness network" or whatever it is, then you can set it to automatically log a user on.
