Anyone know how to make the date show out completely in the task bar? It would say like
1:02pm

I seen it done on a laptop at school that was running xp but im like clueless on how to do it on my desktop

not aware that you can do it in xp I may be wrong but your friend might of had a third party software Clock software

If you right click and unlock the taskbar
click on the taskbar and drag it up , it will show the date

Also , if you make the fonts small in the taskbar it will show the date/time in the same line

 

precision time anyone.... hehehe
