Keep stretching your neck, go do somthing. If you just sit there and do nothing and no stretching it will get worse. I dont think any of those rub on pain killers will work for a neck pain. you just have to live with this one and keep doing things.

me never liked beer. rum and coke it the way to go...

and just incase your neck starts up again ty,do this: if its the right side again, put the pawm(sp) of you right hand over your temple, then slightly push your head into you hand. dont push you hand into you head. just so theres a bit of pressure. this always has helped my SH!TY neck. oh, and just push your head for like 3 seconds, let off, then another 3, then see how its doin. if its your left side, do the same, but use left hand, left side of head.
