Anyone build a machine from www.atic.ca?

Their prices seem very resonable, how about the service?

Any advice for building my own machine?

I like Atic. I have dealt with them before. No nonsense sales. Keep a couple things in mind.

**Know what you're buying when you enter the store. They are likely not to take it back for any flimsy reason, like "it's not what I wanted".

**Don't pay with plastic. They ding you 3% surcharge. Really it's not legal, but I'm not a cop.

NCIX, they will price match any other place (even atic's daily doorcrashers)

plus, they wont GREYHOUND your delicate pc to you like atic has been known to do.

ncix

oh and they have awesome return policies, great service, and if you are a repeat customer, they usually remember you.

You know, I would suggest some of you should buy locally within your area instead of having to bother with waiting for stuff to come from out of town when you have local stores to deal with, especially if you are in the interior or Okanagan.

No local stores that have decenbt prices on DIY kits that I have seen yet. If there is (that you know of) let me know. I prefer to buy local first anyways.

and ditto on 90 celi's comment about their service. I was able to return my memory 3 seperate times without questin for new one.. no restock fee or anything.. simply because I couldn't overclock it as much as I wanted to.
