I know it has been talked about before, but I really want to get the scoop about it. What do I have to get just to make it operational? I know I need the xm deck thing, antenna, and power plug. Is that al I need? I was looking at a customer’s vehicle the other day and it had sirus radio, I think I only saw 2 maybe 3 cord's coming from it's rear, 1 was the antenna, 2 was the power cord and 3rd I saw it going in to the dash could have been the power cord I can't really remember. Now if I was to get this how does it work, cause I think your going o need a wire going straight to the stock/aftermarket deck? And how does it work, I saw the person had it set to a certain station? We also have XMRADIO at work, but I only see a cord going to the roof and another going to the CD player and one going out for power. So could some please explain what I need to do to get this thing to work if I end up buying it?

It's "grey market" in Canada right now... and when it is available in Canada (projected for the end of this year) any piece that was purchased from the US will not be able to be hooked up with a Canadian address. If you want to do it and want to do it right... wait until the end of the year (October / November ish) and purchase a Canadian unit.

Some run thru the FM like the old cd changers. You just dial in the freq and voila!

if your deck has an aux imput then you can go to the dollar store buy a set of rca's with one headphone jack on one end and 2 rca's on the other, plug the headphone jack into the line out on the unit and run the rca's to the back of the deck.... if you have an apline deck then you can get the KCA 121B (turns cd changer slot to an aux imput) and use it that way....
