is there a public washroom etiquette rule on this?

do you start up conversations with people you know (or dont know) at the urinals in public washrooms?

are you a stall intruder who can recognize the individual sitting on the toilet by their shoes and fire up a conversation?

 

Me personally, am not, there to do my business and GTFO!!
outside the washroom diff. story, but now the real deal breaker, if in the middle of a convo, and you both enter a washroom is it etiquette to maintain the convo?

also I can't speak for anyone else, if I am in the middle of my business and someone in the next stall is there and strikes up a convo, it breaks my concentration, and annoys the hell out of me. But this is just me, I can't speak for anyone else.

 

If you are in the middle of a conversation, it is acceptable to complete your thought. After that, you have to refrain from continuing until after you leave.

Somebody starts talkin to me while im on the crapper im just like wtf? are u serious im busy and u just interupt me? No diff than if u on the phone and sum1 just walks up and starts tellin u about the days events..

ive got to admit, i often talk on the phone while in the restroom. people always interrupt me while im talking so i go where they wont follow!

 

Minimum one urinal forcefield on either side when feasible, or else pick the first in the row. Its usually the cleanest anyways.
