Tired of posting youtube URL that doesn't work

The trick, you need to escape all nonalphanumeric characters in the url ex: ? need to be replaced by %3F (See this guide on URL Escaping)

Also you can embed the video in the post by using the "YouTube" button and pasting the code (not the link but the embed code) from the youtube page and you will get a result like this
