Crossing the border
Next week I have to go to the states to do some shopping except i'm kind of afraid to cross the border.
last time i was in the states they caught me trying to sneak in my sub and stuff without submitting duties so i don't know if that's in my history or not
also i'm a "young suspicious male" driving a black mercedes with limo in the back and 30 up front (so it's DARK!)
anyone know which border is more friendly then the other?

If you have a passport, there shouldn't be any trouble. As long as they don't find anything wrong in your car or anything. Just make sure to declare everything and they should have no reason not to let you cross the border.
i hear a lot of horror stories where people say that their friend's car got taken apart because they had a suspicion of drugs. they check my car every time (a good 20 minute inspection) this is my old car which was a beater compared to the new one.
i just don't want my car to be taken apart and then they leave me to put it back together.

There's always a chance of that happening. The border patrol have a lot of power if they choose to use it. It's just a risk you have to take crossing the border. Odds are they won't pick your car apart unless you're acting suspicous, or they see something suspicous.
