Ok well my roomate just gave me a spare 4 channel amp, so i went plugged everything in, yet for some reason when i turn up the Input power, i get a loud almost buzzing noise from my speakers, when i turn down the input power to the amp the buzzing stops, yet i am getting no where near the sound out of the speakers when i reduce the input power.

When i turn up the speakers though the buzzing stops, which i can handle. but would be really nice to be able to turn down my speakers and not have a buzzing/squealing noise coming out of my speakers.

Any ideas what may be causing this???

 

K read a lot of forum posts, ended up going into my truck and playing with things,

When i unplugged anything that plugged into the cigarette lighter and the other 2 plugs, this GREATLY reduced the High pitched engine noise it is slightly noticable still but greatly reduced,

Yet now i still have just a steady buzzing coming from the speakers. ?
