Weird problem with the sound of a new JVC deck

JVCKD-shx700 is the deck and I have it hooked up to an amp running two tens via the sub out on the back of the deck

The problem is when I play a song..the verse doesnt seem to be loud at all but the bass seems normal and then with some songs if not all the chorus comes in real loud

Ive tried switching the type of music selections the deck offers but none of them change it really.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Maybe Ive crossed a wire while hooking up the speakers but that doesnt make sense to me

OKay, first of all, what is running the rest of the speakers? The subs really don't have anything to do with this problem. It sounds like you may have some speakers wired out of phase, or only the left channels going or something.

forgot to put that the deck was running two front door speakers. Im gonna check the wiring right now...I was really just being lazy and didnt want to troubleshoot

Sounds to me like you have the front left and rear left or something similar going on.

that was exactly what it was...actually rear right but same thing...dont ask me how I didnt pick up on that....laziness on my part...all fixed now...
