i think it really depends on what exactly is getting me, or in this case you,,, down. some things that get me down make me feel like i don't want to be around anyone, just some me time. other times i go hang out with friends or do something i enjoy to take my mind off things.

 

i like to bang my head into the wall it helps sometimes

BEER!!!!!!! it solves all issues big and small, large or tall. Get a group of friends together and hit the local canadian ballet. I mean what else can make ya smile beer and naked women [img]smile.gif[/img]

 

Actually i had one of those nights last night where i gave up n thought that if i got drunk it would help even for a couple hours, I drank almost half a bottle of crown royal in half an hour and my room was spinning for hours lol It was an interesting night persay but i regret doin it for that reason. If you ever figure something that does work lemme know, because I'm in the same boat almost.

I go to the gun range and shoot at verious things with various firearms. Works well when placing a picture of the object of frustration on a watermellon.

 

Can't say I ever really get down of life, but I am guessing if I did hang out with chicks there always sympathetic *spelling* and like to be close to you [img]smile.gif[/img] lol
