Best material?

what do u guys use to make ur box's?
wood? plexy glass?? and what sizes? do u stuff them?

3/4-1" MDF, nice strong glue and brad nails to keep it together while the glue sets.

i like f/g but mdf with f/g inside also good ,just mdf is ok

mdf due to the price to preforamce ratio, but if i had the $$ baltic birch ply or any marine grade plywood.

as for stuffing. i have never had to use it. but by adding 1.5lbs per cf.will make the sub think its in a box about 20% larger. the larger the box the less effect polfill will have on it

I make wooden forms and cast all the panels in 1" concrete slabs.

It takes a little longer...

If you'll pardon the pun, you'd better get stiffer springs for the hearse....

I bet cutting the holes for the drivers is a pain....
