Well, for the deal I have found on these pairs of subs, they both meet the specs that I need.
Now, what would basically be better quality.

Faced with that decision, I'd take the lanzars

 

if you faced with only those 2 decesions, the only sub out of those brands you may be satisfied by is the lanzar opti series, ask smpl guy.. i think thats his username, he has a opti amp and a 15.

and since you have such a small budget, wait till steve finalizes the deal with his subwoofers, they are mean and a smokin deal.

10's are like 100 bucks, 12 are like 130..., look at his post under the newest poll on the site.

 

or you could get something from mach 5 audio.
elemental designs could hook you up with two ehqs12s for $25 each.

the legacys are $110+$40 shipping... $150 can get you a lotta sub if you are willing to look around.

any of the above listed would get my money before i would consider either lanzar or legacy
