How does this setup look as a budget SQ setup in a CX-7 using the factory locations?

HU: Pioneer 4200DVD (Might use a 920/930BT)
Dash: Fountek FR88-EX (315Hz-20k)
Front Doors: Dayton RS225-4 (~80Hz-315)
Front stage amp: Massive NX4 (100rmsx4@4ohm)
Sub: OZ Matrix Elite 15.2
Sub Amp: Massive N2 (800rms@1ohm)

- Fountek's will be off-axis as they'll be in the dash location. I'm not sure if the high frequencies will be strong enough like this.
- Getting the RS225's in 4ohm instead of 8 to give them a lil more power.
- I want NAV so that's why I'm going with a double DIN.

Any opinions or advice?
