I often read threads that require some technical support, and in most cases, the problem in question, seems to have been solved. But the original author most often than not, does not elaborate as to HOW the problem was resolved.
It would be great to complete these threads with the proper information, so others can benefit.

Well thought out comment, as most thread asking for help end up in useless comments or senseless joking and never a solution to the root issues.

So, how about asking the original posting member if any of our answers helped, or what was done to remedy the problem?
