When you are mounting your new woofers and your screwdriver slips and you put a hole in the rubber part. What did the rubber part used to be called. Now it's called Suspension or Surround. In the late 80s it was called something else. I have tried getting the answer on Google but it's too specific of a question for them. My only hope is someone with a better memory than me.
Old School Term "WOOFER TOSS"
A: when somebody passes a blown low frequency transducer to a "twin"(either will do) , and the force of gravity provides you the cause of failure.
