I like that! Always amazes and makes me happy to see what some businesses will do for customer service by going that extra step.

BTW Rob the pause is for the Americans to think, they take longer to do that then the Canadians we don't need a pause.

I think it is a raw file rather than an edited version. When I was doing voice recordings, you say pause when you finish a line, or when your done talking. Notice how after he says pause, he doesn't talk for a few seconds. Its an indication to either pause the recording, or an indictation on where to edit.. for instance if you want to take a glass of water, or take a breath, etc.

I would LOVE to see more subs in demo cars rather than a store speaker wall.
