I'm looking to add a little 'thump' to my system.
I have a stock system in my 2005 Honda civic Reverb- I belive the headunit to be a double din unbranded Clarion deck. I belive it's a standard 200w(50 x4) output, MP3/CD + a 6 cd Changer.

My speakers are also unbranded Clarion speakers, of which I have 6, 2 tweeters, 2 mids and 2 6 x 9's.

I'd like too add a 12' sub + mono amp with no less than 300watts rms of power in total. I'd rather not go higher than 300 watts as I'm not looking for a huge SPL setup, more of SQ setup.

My budget is $400 or less. If the sub comes with an enclosure thats a bonus, but not required.

If i've missed providing any info required, please advise me and I will provide the missing information.

Thanks for all the replies, for now i've settled on a 12' JBL sub w/ enclosure and a sony xplod amp. If this setup does not work out I will be back to advise.
