Hey guys whats all the fuss about jumping on someone elses thread anyway ? Just to set things clear about the yellow subs that u bought from King that u were buying 1 sub that needed to be reconed , a recone (cost alot of money) and another working sub. From what i know he asked u to pay the greater amount but u decided to send him less what he asked for. Your first transaction u didnt even complete , I would of paid in full and got all 3 units and called it a day.So on his part he told me that he packaged the other sub with the very expensive recone to have it shipped out. But for your own personal reason i dont know didnt complete your deal with him.
IMO u should have shipped the sub back less your shipping and call it a day , less the harrasing on this forum because it make u look like a dumb ****

I just talked to him and he said that he gave u more than a month to return the sub to him but u called the cops ? so WTF is that he would never rip anyone off people take advantage of nice guys like him . Hey have u ever seen his stats of other feedback , its very impressive to say the least

well for one if he ever retuned emails and calls to get his shipping info I would have returned it but I`m not a address book so how can I return something if i don`t know where it goes.Please tell me now how would I returen this if I have no shipping info.Plus tell me how can i can trust him after he says he did it on purpose (have email to prove and thats his down fall in court) I have never knowen Norm to do this thats why I jumped on them so fast.I just could not trust him after he said that.

Say i sold you the sub said it was mint working condition and I sent you a motor and said after "I did it on purpose" and to send it back to me for refund(he even said he would only refund part of my cash not all).You think you can trust me after all this to refund you after all the lies and the right out slap in the face saying "I did it on purpose" (his words)

Like don`t get me wrong I like Norm and respect him but why did he do this to me like this I would not know I was realy wanting his pair of 9912`s and liked dealing with him till the day the motor showed up.I just was giving feedback to what happened I have no reason to lie about it(plus if I did my proof would say I was)
But I`m not here to convince you anything just stating my feedback as should be done with all things traded on here.I have my proof my laywer has the rest of Norms would be cash as a retainer to pull him in to court over here to go for my cash back and all fees that come with doing so.At a $140/hr that bill will be huge and fast and with my proof my laywer says I have no way of losing but may take a good $10,000-$14,000 to get it all said and done but in the end I won`t be paying that.And hate to do it this way just to get $500 back but if he is in to a bill for above the $20,000 mark plus getting out here and all that jazz it`s up to him

I just wish it never came to this on any count as I still wanted his other one after this but there was no way I was paying is top price for dead subs(that may be where you got the lowballer comment from him on that because I would only pay $300 for the sub as is).

 

His recone kit cost $90(not full recone kit just coil surround and spider) I have one on the way.I would have had to send it out his way too to get Modz to recone $50 shipping there and backeach.$80 to clean it up and $120 for the recone Total $310 for me to recone it so I paid $500 so $810 for a 9912 is a bit steep don`t you think I can get a new one from Jessa for that(well plus shipping)

Plus nothing about a sub needed reconed was ever said thats why I told him I was only in to the subs and he again asured me they are mint.and you may see me as a dumb **** but I have my proof and we will see what goes down when he trys to sell his belongings to make court costs half way accross the country(I will sell my house if I need the extra cash to bring this to justice).How about we scrap this and let the court handle this because no matter what we say here it don`t mean much

LOL I would be in to that I hate to drain someone of there cash(and my time what will also be added for time I`m off work).Besides if I could now I would still take the other but I can`t give his asking price as not was all what he said but I hate to be forced to take things to the next level and If I was not ignored I would still love to work it out someway but Norm has kinda been clear in his no reply

 

Oh yeah, I might as well post the story now.
As I expected someone finally told me who had it.
It was a guy who lived right down my street.
I just drove there and demanded my stuff back.
After like 5 minutes of denying it, i just said "Ok, I want my stuff in front of me in 5 minutes or I call the cops."
After that everything magically appeared, never did get the box back though.

 

some people eh I would have kicked his a-- after I got it back or plain a long term get back at him like burn the fu--ers house down when he is sleeping LOL
