Ripped off by member of CCA - Lexitup!!! Clarion Deck and Changer

I agreed to trade my clarion deck and changer for a JL 500/1 amp. He received my end, but now will not return emails or pms regarding it.
Worst part is he is a member on this board.
I will be filing reports with the police here and with Waterloo Regional Police Services, but want to also make sure noone else here gets ripped off. His information is as follows:

Waterloo Ontario N2L3C5

Ive noticed a few adds in the forsale section lately that seem pretty shady..
PMd one guy to check his location and the shade of grey just got worse...
BUYERS BEWARE.. unless you know the member's reputation, you are doing escrow, or its a local deal Id be hesitant to send anyone money/gear...

Hey all,
Well he is still checking his pms on here.. so he knows everything that is going on. I have already been in touch with the Waterloo Police Services. I did check his feedback here, and it was ok... couple minor issues.. however i did not check out other sites. I will post on the other sites as well though.
