Angry wheel caps stolen

i went out this moring and noticed that all my wheel cap/lug covers were taken from my 98 sunfire last night. of coarse i was upset, but it grew to irate when i dropped by the gm dealers and found that those pieces of plastic cost $115 bucks each. thats pushin 500.

the kicker is it takes 1 miniute to remove them with a slotted screwdriver. bastards.

i know that alot have had their audio gear ripped off, but now i really understand how you feel.

I thought sunfire and cavy hubcaps where held on with the lug nuts.Have to take all 5 off to get the hubcaps off.

unless you for some reason have the snap on ones

it is the cap that goes over the lugs, and they are a press fit type of spring.
takes 5 seconds with a flat screwdriver to get em off. easy pickins!

Go to walmart and get some spinner hubcaps. Haha. Not even lying, yestarday when I was carry groceries I saw a black sunfire with the spinners and for only $20 (guessing, maby $40) they looked kick ***! But that sucks dude, for 500 you could get some better rims instead. When I was searching for rims for my blazer there was a variety of 15" -16" rims for around 500-700.
