Yes Im building a 159.9 car although realistically I dont expect it to be doing near a perfect run until atleast a year after its built.

I would however like to see a 157 bassrace first

I figured you used to hang out at BR so maybe you were building it at that shop

naaaa certainly not. I was hanging out there in summer/fall 2007 because I was tryin to deal with the old owners to buy the place. And also because I was friends with the employees.

The new owner of "Kaotik car audio" is a complete dumbass and quite possibly the worst installer Ive ever come across literally.

I started school at BCIT at the end of August and talking to one of my classmates there who was an installer at Bestbuy in Burnaby I think. I told him Im from Abby and do installs from time to time.

His first question, "Are you Kaotik audio?"

After I told him I wasnt but knew the owner he said they had 4 returns just into his Bestbuy alone in the last few month span. Most were people's alarms having problems, or people buying used decks and installs for cash from him.

On a positive note he will do lots of cash deals so that Daddy (the real owner of the store) doesnt get to keep the money.

I wish I had all that space to build this thing. It'd probably be done by now!

Thanks for the update. I don't know why but I thought the owner was one of the guys who used to work at BR.

I'm sure you have all the connections you need but if you need anything, drop into 604 on Clearbrook. The owner is a good friend and you two could probably talk a bunch about SPL comps.

The new owner is actually one of the "installers" from the old store. If you could call him that.

Is Nick the owner of the 604 store or does he just work there? Either way sounds good man thx

Nick is the salesguy. Steve (from AVU) is the installer and Tony (and Jeff) owns it.
