I will be, as a spectator.
My car is far from being show ready.
Unfortunately the show really isnt what it used to be, I've been going since like '96.

Unhappy

It was a better show when they had Audio Thunder happening at the same time.....there was a better mix of people with different interests in car modifications.

Walking thru the exhibit halls checking out the old custom hot rods, the low riders, the trucks and vans.......I'm gonna get all misty now......

The car audio always seemed to get pushed to the very far hall but it was worth the trip.....

I've been once in the last 5 years.....a buddy had a car in the show but the rest of it....meh

I seem to be the exception being that I loved the shows the couple times, I liked he variety as they had a hall for race cars, another one for hot rods and another for tuners etc
Anyone that wants to go let me know.

I'll be there on Sunday morning...gonna be looking after the club booth for a few hours, then check out the show.

We should have 8-12 Camaros and Trans AMs there. Just putting the final plans on the booth together. Not sure if we'll have another new Camaro in the booth or not like last year.

I wasn't going to go but then I saw pictures from last year's show, which was featuring this and that car with audio components to it (my interests) so I think I'm going to attend. I went years and years ago and it sucked, wasn't even worth my money but NOW, maybe it's fixed itself up.

Ad in this month's Performance Auto & Sound - 2 Page .

The show is hardly worth going any more, once you walked through one part of the hall you have bascially seen it all and the rest just repeats its self!

I went last year (after taking afew years off) and noticed that they changed the layout. Each hall was set up different.....customs, imports, classic, hot rods...

The show was also expanded from the last time I went (2005) and was much bettter.

Also remember that Speed-o-rama isn't around anymore so Performance World should be even BIGGER this year

But since the car clubs seem to be dying just as much as car audio shows are, there seems to be less and less cars each year. Besides seeing the same cars year after year with very few different mods from each year it hardly makes it worth it.
