Don from Saskatchewan had a great idea. It goes like this...
I want to see if its possible to get all those interested in attending and promoting spl and SQ shows together for a meeting to discuss the upcoming season.
I will be bringing a calendar to pencil in event dates so that everyone gets a chance at great weekends without pissing in the drinking water.
I would like to see at least one representative from each store who wants to hold shows and any competitors who also want to promote the audio competition at the meeting. We can start getting on the same page.
Hopefully by the end of the year we have sort of a core set of people who can have a voice in how shows are promoted and benefit dealers and competitors alike. Everyone is welcome. Dealers, Competitors and Distribution representatives are the key to making this work I would like to see as many there as possible to decide on key issues and how we move forward with shows and or formats.
We can meet in a centrally located restaurant to deal with it all in a casual environment.
