Giant cheesy body kits and a giant wing on the back so it looks like a shopping cart.... thats rice.

But I will be going .... there are still some nice cars there. I think I just keep going because of habit from audio thunder, lol

I see a few people who don't want to go probably because of the lack of audio at this event. I went to this show last year for the first time and enjoyed it quite a bit. I do agree there were a lot ricers, a few older muscle cars and not very many booths, but there were a few audio booths. Kicker was selling the stuff for dirt cheap (not that i bought any), there was a 1/2 dome of subs that was killer to stand under and quite a few nice sq/sql set ups in cars. If people simply don't go because its the same old thing don't you think its that way because less and less people are going? Were just slapping ourselves in our face by not supporting what we have at our hands, no its not much but hey...I say if you got the time you should go and at leat that way we are showing support, and who knows..maybe it will be better next year?

I'll be there, spectator.

Members of this board work the event, I would assume they're working it again.

If you like cars, you go to the car show. If you don't, you don't.
I prefer this show over Importfest, if that says anything.

Importfest probably has MORE modded cars for speed but you get enough at Performance World. Importfest has a nice live element to it as well.

I went last year and really enjoyed it.

What car show was that by the way?

Importfest is probably Toronto's biggest show by name, most would agree on that. Importfest.com, I believe it's held some time in the fall.

I've been to Performance World in year's past and it was a flop, however since the elimation of the January show (can't think of the name) here in Toronto, I think all of the city's focus has moved into this show.
Last year, it was about 5 different "rooms" of various types of cars. Old muscle, exotics, clubs were there, street rides ...
So, it was a lot better.
