no its legal to put the blocks in the tray, I know people have been doing it for a long time so long as you don't cut away way more of the plastic than just what is needed to get the wires through

should have got american bass wire they make it don't they? I got my Audiopipe wire off ebay for like a buck a foot. By the time I paid shipping and it was still only like 1.75 a foot, not bad for OFC 1/0guage!

The audiopipe is a full 1/0guage wire. I measured it with a digital caliper that measures to hundredths of an inch. It is a couple hundredths of an inch larger than standard 1/0AWG welding cable, although it is slightly smaller than Stinger HPM wire but I have always known that the stinger HPM is slightly larger than a true 1/0 is supposed to be. If the cable is a good brand name (audiopipe is fine) and it says its 1/0 it is truely 1/0 the way that they cheap out on it is by making it copper clad aluminum wire which doesn't conduct nearly as well but is alot cheaper due to the rising cost of copper. The audiopipe wire is OFC copper (aka pure copper not CCA)
