So as you all know , i own a CRX and all we have been having with it is Problems ,

So anyways at the Kingston Show My sub keep poping and for my last DB Drag Run my Mmats amp went into Protect...


And now the Damn this wont come out of Protect,
So anyways Tonight we put in one of our many rockford T3s and the sub is still poping . Now my boyfriend and i tore the sub recone apart perfectly and put it back together and now its still poping and we we thought we blew the rockford , Now in the middle of the burps and tones the amp will cut out ..

now any opnions of what you guys think ???


oh ya and how do you Fade my Speakers on my Alpine deck ??

 

I have a 9856 and to fade I hit the button under the volume for the bass/treble/sw/fade/balance

 

what coils does it have? prolly dont have enough impedance rise

 

make a smaller enclosure

 

What MMATTS amp do you have and what are you loading it at?

 

Coils are dual 1's. The Mmats amp we have is the D300hc and the local repair shop cannot get parts for it. So it turns out that the sub was scratching abit and the other seems to work fine, so i guess we will be using one woofer instead of 2 I still think that we can do a half decent # with one 12 in our car.
