Martin, my boys and myself built an smaller power wheels in 2004. It still holds tha Canadian recored at 167+. Alex helped in the build but wasn't compeating at that level at that time we got him into bass race that year, he didn't even see over the stearing wheel.
Alex did run the Explorer in 2005 and 2006. In 05 he managed 145+ and 151.7 in 2006 both in street A. This next season Alex would like to reach 175+ in the Power wheels we just picked up. The older one made in 2004 was on an a smaller 6 volt body. This next years is on an much bigger one that runs 12v. The bigger size should allow us to use more of our gear and give us more flexability to tune louder. Like I said 175 is our goal. $65 for the power wheels, $ 5 000+ for gear the memories priceless. I do have a few picture of the older one how do I post them?
If every thing goes as planed we may use the power wheels in Bass race. Now if only we can get DB Drags to honour the power wheels class.

Yup on 16v. The power wheels must move under it's own power. So 12v will run the power wheels and head unit ect., 16+ volts for the main amp. Space is an premium so planing ahead on this one is an must. And oh have to keep it extra legal. Our main battery or battery's must remain under the hood and between the front wheels. Unless we go to extreme leage.
Any one know how to post or link pictures?

First off you've gotta host your pic somewhere (get an account at photobucket or something like that) then upload your pic onto your account at that site and link to it.
