Thanks for posting the results. Does anybody know which cars belong to which names? I know Daves was the white Mazda 5 and Jason Steorid was Dave's old white Neon parked beside the Mazda 5, but the rest?? And I see Mike Peterson's name there. The same Mike P from Washington?? I didn't see his T-bird there. I did see a Fox-body Mustang though from Washington. Sounds like Bill Pleasant has quite a strong car. Which one is that?
Thanks for posting these Jason!! I had a great time at this show...I know it will be even bigger and badder next year! Big props to Dave and the guys at Andre's for making us feel so welcome and putting on such a great show.
Yeah, that is the same Mike Peterson and the Foxbody was his daily driver he's using to get back in the swing of competition while the finishing touches are being put on the new, completely rebuilt version of the T-Bird!! Should be out and about in the next couple of months and TRUST me, it's worth the wait!!!
Oh, and mine was the Altima next to Mike's car. It had the 6s in the floor, the custom P9 in the dash and a trunk full of RF amps and 15s. There are some pictures of it in this thread:

my prediction:
about 25% of the cars/people were classified in the wrong class, were playing test tones instead of music(rookie/street stock), were not following/knowing the rules for the sanctions, or downright cheating.......
there are still quite a few people that never got classified in the proper class, and/or given the belts/trophies/props, they were deserved.
figuring that it was both a triple point event for both IASCA and Db DRAG, there should've been at least 1 person from each sanction going over ALL the cars while they were waiting in the line......
having judges that literally have 2 months experience judging cars from behind a table, without even proper knowledge of the rulebook is a frikkin joke.
as for the event in a whole, it was ALOT better than I thought it was going to be, and we all had a good time for about 95% of the event.
4 things to suggest for next year.....1)sanction tents further away from each other, 2)proper judging done, and 3)equal trophies for ALL classes.....ie: the belts were cool, but only went to 10 classes(make all first place the same prize), and the cups were nice, but very crappy compared to the belts.....especially for a triple points event....
4, and the most awesome idea) CASH PRIZES for 1, 2, and 3, place. have some cheap *** trophies and some actual cash......I heard the belts costing anywhere from $250 to $400......why not give first place $100, second place $75, and 3rd place $50????? probably would work out less than all the trophies.......

Mike has another car to compete with while the t-bird awaits finishing? lol Too funny. That Mike is quite a guy. Had no idea that was his car, but shoulda known when I saw the Kicker amps. The t-bird still isn't ready though? Looked like it was just ready for upholstery last time I saw his web page.
