Technically, a judge is there for accountability more than anything and to educate the ignorant... If you know the rules, you shouldn't need a "judgement call" unless you're trying to bend a rule. If you have to ask if something is legal, should you be doing it in the first place?
That is not what you said, and that is why I commented so please dont talk to me like I am an idiot and didnt read the thread.. I commented on your last post.. so maybe you should read your post again so you know where I am coming from... but here I will help you out a bit because I am in a good mood....
Dave, why should I or would I get a rule book or even read it when the head judge for Canada lives 10 minutes away from me.
People like to take the easy way out.. I was and am just giving you the best advice that we have ever gotten.. get the rule book, read it, understand it.. It makes competing alot easier and alot more enjoyable.. its always nice to be educated on something completely then just wondering I think thats how the rule goes, let me ask though.. its nothing against you, its my opinion that anyone who is into this sport should know the rules completely, and the first step to that is reading them... maybe its the mom in me who knows...

Don't get bent out of shape. I was not talking to you like you were an idiot.I'm sure you must know me by now that if I want to call you or anyone an idiot I will do do so without hesitation. I do have a rule book which is available to me online and I have read from cover to cover. If you actually lived close to me and Don and hung out with us then you would have been there when he said to me ,"That if i have any questions don't hesitate to ask me or show me cause I want your car to be legal at all times". But then again you like everyone else listens to the bullshit on this forum and draw your own conclusions. Don and I have been friends for a very long time. Martine, do me a favour, rely on this so-called mother instinct and don't judge a book by it's cover. I'm still on this forum when I could have been banned since the beginning of this thread. Let's leave it at that please.

I have the solution.
Why don't you all create & attend your own league? Where there are no rules besides classification for hatches, trunks, commercial vans, power (W/V), and cone area (db drag classification). If you have 1500W than you're in a 1500W class and so on. No batt, alt, conductor, wiring, or modification BS. Judges are appointed. What happened to customized = louder?
All that "visors must be up" ruling is garbage, it's useless. If you don't know how to make your car louder than the other with the same amps & subs than you LOSE! It should be generally who has the loudest car with X subs and X amps, not which car can get louder with their god damned heating vents closed.
If you're going to have rules than you should expect every one to be applied. If you feel a ruling is unfair than CONSULT A DIFFERENT JUDGE!
