funny how clueless someone can be. our head judge has stated (as many other judges) that vinyl IS factory equivalent.

fortunately for you, however, you never come out to any big events and have to deal with any of these issues directly besides typing up a whole heap of clueless paragraphs, will never find out that "OEM Equivalent" has 15 other meaning/insinuations besides which material can be used.

you are a bit lost and think you know everything cuz you read the rules because you never imagined a scenario where custom boxes, moulds, racks, etc, etc, etc, etc are used in a car where the OEM carpet ........well how much of an OEM carpet do you find in custom build/install? That's right, often times none at all as the trunk lay out looks totally different from a stock car. Think before you type.

keep reading the rules, down to the one that says cosmetic changes are allowed, and then try to put that one with the rule you just copied and pasted, about the OEM Carpet or equivallent, and then ask yourself that same stupid question you asked the general public..........why cant OEM carpet be used.
