You know what, I will stop posting on this issue... It was "legal" before, now it's not. Here's a tissue my man, get over it. I know how to follow the rules, and for the ones who think I'm useless or stupid, **** YOU! Why doesn't your head judge step up and speak his word, I'm done defending his @$$ and arguing.

That's right. shut the **** up and stop posting. Maybe you should come out and compete. That way you will know first hand what is being said as opposed to trying to piece together the conversation on the forum.

Yuli... if I ever get in trouble im hiring u as my lawyer!
if I stuck vinyl over the deadener and then did the same spare tire cover that Tom and Yuli used at the finals they went to, would that be ok?
funny how clueless someone can be. our head judge has stated (as many other judges) that vinyl IS factory equivalent.
but to someone like yourself who simply has very little clue a statement that says "OEM Equivalent" simply means same or similar material, right?
fortunately for you, however, you never come out to any big events and have to deal with any of these issues directly besides typing up a whole heap of clueless paragraphs, will never find out that "OEM Equivalent" has 15 other meaning/insinuations besides which material can be used.
please just simply stop responding on this matter as with every paragraph you type you make yourself look more and more silly.
you are a bit lost and think you know everything cuz you read the rules because you never imagined a scenario where custom boxes, moulds, racks, etc, etc, etc, etc are used in a car where the OEM carpet ........well how much of an OEM carpet do you find in custom build/install? That's right, often times none at all as the trunk lay out looks totally different from a stock car. Think before you type.
keep reading the rules, down to the one that says cosmetic changes are allowed, and then try to put that one with the rule you just copied and pasted, about the OEM Carpet or equivallent, and then ask yourself that same stupid question you asked the general public..........why cant OEM carpet be used.
