So they're calling for rain in Toronto ...
Kingston:
Morning - Thundershowers (1mm rain)
Afternoon - Cloudy with Showers (1-3mm rain)
Sunday Evening - Thundershowers (10-15mm rain)

So it sounds like there will be rain on and off throughout the day but nothing SIGNIFICANT ... 3mm is not a lot of rain.
15mm is however, so Sunday night get the heck out of there
