the swift doesn't have any speakers to do bass boxing, and I don't have anything else that could compete ready, so I guess I won't have any cars there either 
the mini was going to be built for burps too, but I guess I can hold off on that project for now as well...

Kinda why its best to make a vehicle that is just as loud with music as it is on burping i guess, Then you are more able to compete in every format, If you can bassrace / bassbox in the 150's-160's you can obviously burp that loud with that vehicle aswell, If not louder because i could then crank up my gains / wire the amps down @ a lower load just for burping purposes.
Like, If i hit 150s bassracing or bassboxing i could easily do burp competitions aswell and hit the same #'s because i was just doing that with music over 30 second time frame, Thats how i look at it.
Just my opinion. Ive always felt that the true numbers are those achived with music over 30 second intervels with bass racing / boxing. It is more of a direct comparison to what your vehicle can do daily.
Burping to get high #'s seems kind of easyer in comparison You dont need a huge beefed up electrical system, Etc.
Like, If i hit 150s bassracing or bassboxing i could easily do burp competitions aswell and hit the same #'s because i was just doing that with music over 30 second time frame, Thats how i look at it.

wills and my car have one purpose to make a noise their built for db drag and spl thats the whole purpose of a spl competition to make a noise if i want to play music i go in my bmw and i listen to music , i dont care about haing a daily/demo vehicle

Well if it could make a noise for longer then you might be able to compete in more forms of competition thats all i was saying 
Apparently your guys's vehicles are only designed for part of the purpose because there are competitions you cant compete in because your vehicle limits you.
If it could play as loud for longer you wouldnt be as limited. I guess i just dont see the point to burping at all.
Deffinatly seems like bassboxing/racing is becomming the new more popular forms after all the people ive been speaking with who are in this sport seriously in the states, Burp style competitions dont really seem to be nearly as popular at all.
My jimmy is a pure SPL / Show vehicle & can hit 150's with music no problem for extended periods of time I guess i would rather just have a vehicle that can compete in all formats than limit my self with somthing that can only burp for a second or two, Just my opinion
There isnt really a differance in how "pure" of an spl vehicle yours is compared to mine, Just your burp cars cant maintain steady #'s as long thats all where vehicles like mine can play full range of music, burp loud, bass race / box & do equally aswell in all of them since it was built to bassbox & put up huge #'s for extended times, Burping is less taxing on your system IMO so if you are prepaired to do huge #'s bassboxing/racing you should be prepaired to burp well aswell.
But if you gear your car towards burping it seems like you are very limited towards the other forms of competition.

honestly man your preeching to the wrong crowd , I dont give a flying **** about bass boxing or phyclone or bass brawling nor do i care about a demo vehicle that does 150 and plays music , and trust me moneys not an option if i want to play music id take some product off the shelf and put it in the doors , all i care about is spl and nothing more , if this show doesnt have idbl thats fine i will make a trip to another show , and if all 3 shows dont have idbl i will attend the 3x show in montana or one of the other shows in oregon or alberta
