As i said earlyer, I was mearly voicing my own opinion. I apolojize if i caused anybody to get upset or percive what i said as disrespectfull because i was not intending to be.
I think all feats of big #'s are awsome burping and other formats, I was just saying what i prefer my self, Everything takes skill at that high of a level.
I am glad you guys are gonna be at the show and have a format to compete in !

Well there you go - Keith is having IDBL so Luke can quit whining and he an Will can attend. 
Reality is you guys built your cars for one thing so you can't complain when something else is what is going on. It would be moronic for an SQ competitor to whine that a show was SPL only and this is exactly the same thing.
And BassBoxing is no more or less relevant than straight SPL, just a different format of competiton, same as Stock is a different format than Ultimate.

your forgetting one thing dukk without competitors there is no shows , and being somone that drives 12.5 hrs to shows or even attends world finals in ohio , I deserve to be able to attend a local show without your commments , western canada is a region lacking competitors and taking away an spl format isnt the answer

So attend the show! Oh, but you'll attend only if it has what you want, right? I mean, you obviously feel some sort of entitlement. You built a car so now any local shops had better offer something for you..
Maybe the problem is that competitors want all of the shows to meet their little view of the world. A shop goes out and puts out time money and energy and all they get back is, "why don't you have this", or "why are you doing that", or "why aren't there better prizes", or some other bullshit. Shops often say they can't afford shows. I often believe they just don't want the that goes along with them..
Here we had a show that was offering something your car does not fit into. Your choice is to either not attend or to make your car fit into it, not to whine about it it not being what you want.
I see you go on and on about how many hours you spend on the road and how much competing costs. blah blah blah. What do you want, a hero cookie? Don't do it then.
I spend over 10grand and 40 weekends a year in a hockey rink, dance hall, or swimming pool for my kids and I don't get a trophy, medal, or certificate for it.
Get over yourself. Be a real competitor. Do it to further the hobby, not yourself.

considering i sponsor every show i attend with prizes and swagg , and give back to the shops and individuals who put on theese shows your talking to the wrong person , if half the competitors in this province had the commitment and heart will leivers and myself have then we would have 40 plus competitors at every show idbl isnt just my format its several competitors formats and has been around for many years , bass boxing is a newer format similar to bass race and phyclone , all im saying is we need every competitor to show up at shows not just sq but spl as well without both formats there wont be competitors , and thats great u spend time with your kids hockeys a canadian past time which is very expensive you dont have to tell me i played since i was 5 years old and played right up to jr and still would be playing if it wasnt for a drunk driver who hit me , there isnt enough competitors in bc to just do away with a popular format without the vetern competitors there is no competitor bass and the other people that dont travel need to get in gear and actually travel to shows , yes i chose to be in certain classes and so has everyone else some individuals choose to be sq oriented some choose to make a burp vehicle thats just the way it is
