Sub/repair/help!

ok so i ordered 2 alpine type r subs off e bay that did not work
i currently have 2 old type r subs running but after one i now blown i am wanting to have another sub
so i went into my garage and grabbed 1 of the type r subs i orderedd of ebay
i than decided to take it apart
it is now in a couple peieces
one with the spider web thingy and the front of the sub
and the bottom of the sub where the magnet is
is there any thing that i can look for that i can see if it is not there/not hooked up and thats the reason why its not working?
or tell me how the sub works and something that i can try and do
thanks guys

Best thing to do is take it to a professional. One of our site sponsors S&S electroincs repairs subs. Not sure if they do Type R's but before you damage anything I would talk to them first
