usac triple in kelowna
If the attendance is high then a 2day event IS A MUST for proper judging. It will actually be easier for the hosts. A big part of a successfull show is the before and after prep work.
A 12-15hour show for the competitors equals a 18-21hour show for the host and volunteers. Too much for even the most rabid enthusiast. Besides why cram all that Mountain Crest into ONE day?
Personally I prefer a single day (if attendance permits.....but most likely won't if last years event is any indication & TRIPLE pointer to boot)as I usually drive down after work to Summerland attend the show the next day and then leave for PG from the show back to work the next day.

almost everyone is welcome, except for the lucky couple chaps, and they know who they are. beamrider you are more than welcome if you choose, pay your enrty fee and you will be judged fairly by a group of trained usac certified sq judges, or if you are spl you will be judged by the usac spl rules and termlab. to familiarize yourself with the rules you can go to www.soundoff.org and print them out. this will be a triple point event so the cars in sq will be judged by the word of the rules, they have been changed this year to take alot more of the grey area(judges discression)out of it, if you need any clarification on a rule, i can be contacted at or email at kel089@andres1.com. i have gotten ove 30 calls already regarding this show and have already preregistered 12 guys for sq and its friggin march
are you gonna cap the amount of cars in it. i can imagine that 60+ will be the norm. i need a couple weeks or so to gather the flock and get you an accurate number. any idea on cost?
great job dave, keep up the good work.
