What are everyones plans for 09 season?
I am leaning towards some upgrades just for 'z 'n giggles and possibly the odd show.
Since my spare Memphis amp is rather old school I would have to practically give it away to get it out of storage. So I am thinking of doing a custom SPL box for my L7's and a 1500D amp each, but doing so will also mean upgrading the stock battery and alt.
So it should be fun and loud

In comp is it legal to alter the interior of the car to reduce total amount of internal cf3, if yes do you think it help? I would like to compete but with a caravan it will be hard to get good numbers with a small system...
I wish, but the van still need to be functional, if it was just me i would have build a wall with 8x 15" and use ciment block as sound deadening...
Seriously, i never went to any comp so i don't know how it is, i would like to try but i'm afraid i wont even it 120...

there are classes in every sanction to help the rookies compete and win, for instance, my g/f started last year as a rookie with a single 12" type r sub and 1000 watt alpine amp, and ended up head to head with a veteran at world finals for nationals, she placed 3rd at finals, and 4th in the world as far as certified scores, in her rookie year with less than $1000 in gear. it is possible to win with a small system....

Easy now, I know you have done great numbers, but you misunderstand. I mean sometimes there isn't a show to go and burp your car, but it still is fun to crank off some decent numbers in your shop.
There is no denying it is a fun (and expensive) hobby. And it's even fun to just fart around in your shop with the meter, I am sure the twins and others will agree.
