Where did modz go?
yup nothing but crap, I deal with two dealers and they always got on.
With the main dealer, he kept getting told me subs were going to here week after week then they showed up a month later, I tried getting recones for my subs and they didnt call me back and I couldnt get ahold of them.
With the other dealer I deal with, my dad waited damn near 3 months for his recone, they ducked and dodged him, didnt answer his phone calls, pulled a lot of BS, that all got figured out after the dealer had a chat with DD.
They just really werent dealer friendly, They always had someone pissed off wether it be the dealer or the dealers customers. I met Nathan in person, he was a nice guy, but didnt seem all that business oriented. The main thing is service, if businesses dont have good service people wont come back to buy more product.

I had 2 DD 8's (1008) that I needed warranty on and they asked me to send a picture of the fault so they could see it, then they issued and RA# and I sent them back. 1 week later I had 2 new DD 8's that were now the 1508 model so a step up aswell.
No problems dealing with Modz at all. I actually found the pricing to be quite fair from distributor to dealer.

I think they may have underestimated what distribution involves. It is alot more work and money than I'm sure they thought it was going to be. Not to mention, the "fun" lol, part of being a distributor, the importing, shipping, and warranty...etc. Not as easy and glamorous as one would think, they may have realized that and pulled the pin.
Too bad, but understandable. They should have cleaned up loose ends first though.
Keep on that phone M&M, you will eventually find somebody that can track them down and get your amps back.

well this is a shitty read
I gues it explains why when we sent an amp out for repair they sent it back "repaire" and it wasnt. Funny I thought a one week turn around was a little on the fast side any idea from anyone here where I would send US amps in for service now (States or?)
