I hope you're gonna use media blaster or a good edge sander in the corners etc dude, maybe a dust mask too? The seams will like like crap no matter what paint you use, especially pearl !!
The RE xt4000de is 1500 rms according to RE.
Nice car though, the Cougar is about the only newer Merc with a nice throaty exhaust, even if it is a six banger.
