its been over a year ive givin him tons of time to pay me back hes had the chance to pay me small amounts here and there and has failed to do so , i dont have alot of money coming in right now and i need the money back , I have bills just like everyone else , reguardless of what ill have in the future i need the money thats owed to me now he will be getting a letter very soon from small claims so it will be settled since i have all the emails and the recept from the transaction

 

if you cant pay dont play.. period.... everyone has troubles. but smart people make the best of a bad situation and dont go getting things they want and dont need.. dont care whats happened in the past three yr of his life, if its so bad why is wanting stuff he cant afford.. thats not good economics, its just greed and now an innocent person, through no fault of his own other than kindness for letting the money go without a contract , gets stiffed.. i hold the same for people who cant pay for gas but by two packs of smokes a day and booze.. i guess some of us just have a better sense of priorities than others..
for the record i hope justin gets his life back together... a good christian church will help if he wants. we all must start being accountable for our actions and when the piper comes to collect he needs to be paid.... good luck on your future justin, with all my sincerity. good luck..

 

thats the thing i felt sorry for the guy and let it go hoping he had got his life on track and would pay me here and there and hes failed to do so and will have to face his actions soon enough

there are probably a million places to offer some kind of spiritual help or personal help i can only comment on ones that iam familiar with and have worked with..

Also Id be careful about the things you say about people based mearly on hearsay as Im pretty sure he could countersue for defomation (sp?) of character. Then it would get really ugly and you migth not wind up with any of your money back. Unless of course you've seen him smoking crack or popping pills then you're safe lol. Good luck!!
