We have two offices -
Chino, California is our main distribution center for USA. Toronto office is NOT a store nor warehouse, but our corporate office. We are opening a new warehouse sometime in Sept/Oct.

For pricing, you would have to contact our authorized dealers directly - and speaking of which, Davis from Selective Sounds is one of them.

I have a Zenesis 2-way system ready to install in my car. I was considering installing a low-jack in it as well. But then again, somethimes you don't want your car back if its been on a 10,000rpm joyride J/K.

It was rated highly in PAS Mag and has an attractive FOB and big list of features for sure.

had mine installed at selective sound last year, just pulled it and installed a viper.. the zenisis is garbage, warranty is no more. they dont even have a manufacturer the last time i spoke to sam about all my issues which btw started on day one. for over a year i was promised an upgrade to the newest with install at zenisis for free because of all the probs i had
Davis informed me he has all but replaced every install he has done.
i could not get warranty for the last issue i had which was the straw that broke the camels back.

issues i had
1: siren way too low, could not be herd from my house at nite with windows open and it was parked 30 feet away in the town house complex.
2: key pad worked for a week before it had to be replace. when replacing Davis went through 3 before finding one that worked. it died the following week. at Christmas it started sending pages to the remote non stop. this killed my battery in the truck twice. (straw that broke the camels back), had to disconnect it. in doing so i found i had no shock senser for some reason...
3: brain was replaced when the keypad was replace the first time for all kinds of errors.. thing was doing some weird , one of which was going off for no reason several mins after arming. the brain was switched multiple times at install for errors as well.
4:the remotes (2 way, ordered 2 of them) ate batteries like the cookie monster eats cookies (no word of a lie) would have to replace batteries once a week. got to the point that i pulled the batteries every time i used it.. was promised updated replacement but never got them. soon after i was promised a complete new (upgrade) alarm/starter as soon as they were released. that never happened in the 10months it was promised. the remotes were temperamental most of the time. had to push buttons multiple times to get functions to work. this was not because the remotes did not work, they did. it was like the remotes were not communicating very well with the brain. the remotes were also very sluggish when they did work well.
5:range was not as stated. i could not do anything from the back of a friends house less than 30 feet from my truck parked in the front.

the list goes on and on
through all the problems i had with my alarm/starter i was in contact with Sam. Sam promised me he would replace the remotes than the whole alarm with an upgraded unit as soon as they came off the line. this unit was suppose to be a touch screen with all sorts of upgrades.this first promise never made it to production. the next replacement upgrade was to be the new zn-503 unit, which to date has not been produced. something about loosing their manufacturer in china and looking for one here in north America (this was well over 6months ago)(sams words not mine).

i spent alot money and time on the zenisis when i had it installed. not to mention all the trips back to selective sound for repairs.i even purchased a second 2 way remote so the now ex-wife could have one ($150). no zenisis is not to blame.. hehe.
bottom line save ur money and time and go with one of the big 2, Viper or Compustar. ive had both and never had a problem. im not saying that these 2 companies dont have their share of problems, but when a manufacturer is not manufacturing how could u possibly get warranty when no parts are available? this is what u can expect from Zenisis, no warranty and empty promises that u will be taken care of in the near future. my promises lasted for over a year. Sam never at any time returned a phone call, i had to keep calling till i caught him in the office. my last correspondence with him was when he was in L.A i believe (dont remember) for sema. funny, how do u promote a system u dont have production for? i tried to get in touch with him when my keypad started sending page signals to the remotes to no avail.

i do apologize for the long winded post, but if it saves someone the head aches and empty wallet i have than its well worth it.

i hope Sam reads this and responds!

Dan
