where in edmonton can i get a compustar alarm/starter for about 330.00 without instal
Well if you're going to do something you might as well do it right the first time... if you cheap out on an alarm it takes way more time and money to do it better the second time. Especially if you get it done by someone who has no clue cause then instead of upgrading to a better alarm they have to un-install the old one completely before getting the new one in and that can be very time consuming (and with most things... time is money).
