When someone is online, you click on their name, type your messege and send them a real time pm. A window on their side will pop up with an option to reply or not.

What about just a pop-up that notifies when you have a new PM?

Some people, myself included, can totally miss the little PM reminder, even though it is better than it used to be...

Just a thought
