hi just wondering if theres any issues with 4 ohm amp running a 1ohm sub?

will there be a "POP/BANG" sound?? ;-p

I just had to read this when i saw the title.

Don't think there would be any popping, probably no sound at all. If it was a good amp it would just shut down to protect itself.
If its a bad amp, it would just let the smoke out.

Being that its a dual 1 ohm you could run it at 2 ohm and the amp is 2 ohm compatible youll want a bigger/better amp but it would work
