4 channel amp wistle

4 channel amp wistle

ya as the title says my amp wistles but i dont think its an alternator whine cause when i press the gas the hum stays staidy<--- however you write that lol

i have a kenwood KAC-745 ive checked the rear speakers for a hum and none since its running from the deck power

redid the ground with no results RCA's are brand new from last week and the hum started today for some reason
any help would be appretiated

add a - to the rca's and redo the deck - too

deck was also redone when i did my big 3 its 8g ground and sorry i forgot to add that i also tryed to ground the rca

everything was working fine till today could it be a bad amp ?? it plays music just fine its just when you put it on pause or a low volumes that you hear it

also the sub amp is working just fine--- no hum out of that sooooooo

it has a filter in it thats why
Do you have this noise with the van off key turned back?

when van is off its fine ill check the connection in the dash today might be one of my wires touching the rca since ive been installing lights in the van and im not done yet

it you have a walkman run the signal down the RCA`s with the van on.If it is there still try right at the amp to see if it still there.This will let you know if it is the deck,RCA`s or the amp your getting the noise from.If you find it to be the amp or deck look at the grounds they use.I`m thinking it will be the decks ground that needs a filter

the deck works fine tho for the rear speakers that are on deck power i havnt got the chance to look at it right now maybe in the next 30 mins lol ill keep you posted

bad rca ill try to re saulder them since they come appart grounding them didnt work if the saulder doesnt work i have a spare rca cable for it

ohh and filters are nice but i also try to keep away from them so ill do anything to make it right and right now its just a bad rca no biggy thanks guys
