Alternator noise, need help!!!!

Ok so i just replaced my JBL GTO 75.4 amp w/ a new Alpine PDX150.4. Had no altrnator noise w/ the JBL amp. I have higher end Tsunami RCA's on passanger side of the car, power and ground 4g running on the drivers side, ground right to the battery because i had ground issues before and this solved my problem. Now i can't seem to get rid of this whinning noise when i accelerate. Ground seem good in HU, no RCA's near my fuses.

Any suggestions?

Thanks
