AMP install Help
I have a new SSL Evolution4000D amp and i am currently using 4GA wire, I had a kenwood 1800 watt class D Mono block amp with an axxess Line output converter. on the kenwood I have terminals for Battery, Ground, and P.Conn. on the SSL I have terminals for Battery, Ground, and Remote. on my Axxess LOC (line output converter) i have 4 wires showing (2 Black, 1 Yellow, and 1 Blue) on my old amp the blue was connected to the P.conn and yellow was to the battery. On my new amp it says that P.Conn is where you incert the ground wire. I don't remember where the 2 Black ones went because my amp doesn't have a designated P.Conn terminal. i need help figuring out where each wire goes. thanks

well the common standard for automotive color code wiring is black is common ground, red is power, blue is remote turn on. i have found that. p conn is blue. test it with an ohm meter or a power probe 3 first to determine load status positive or negative. also refer to the owners manual
