Head unit is a alpine CDE-103BT Two issues actually. Does the microphone for the BT plug into the aux. adapter outlet on the head unit? If it does then something isn't working. Is there a place on the back of the unit for it to plug into? I've made sure all of the presets are on which are applicable including mic volume and still doesn't pick up voice. Anybody have any solutions? Also POW (power on/off) function periodically turns off, I have to manually reset it to the ON position. Any ideas?

There should be a mic specific input on the rear of the unit.
