Dent in capaitor

Dent in capaitor

okay so i bough a stinger amp kit wit cap from too fast motors in toronto and when i got home open it up theirs a dent at the back of the cap... i called they said their going to test it out... would this dent be a problem? dont want my car going up in flames...

I have a friend with a cap it has a dent about the size of yours he is using it seems to working fine I guess if it not a large dent of punture should be ok.

they didnt and i dont think they could of... they just looked at it to make sure i didnt do it and gave me a next one

quick question do i need to charge this cap with the bulb because i know some of the digital ones you dont need to pre charge them before connecting them

with caps you should always charge them. a bulb one way and also the way i always do it. the other way is with a resistor
